So, what exactly is spiritual growth? It's the process of understanding yourself, your values, and your place in the world. It's about cultivating inner peace, compassion, and a sense of interconnectedness. Why does it matter? Because it can lead to greater happiness, resilience, and a more fulfilling life. When you're grounded in your values, you navigate challenges with more grace and purpose.

How do you actually do it? Start small. First, try mindfulness. Even just five minutes a day of focused breathing can make a huge difference. Sit comfortably, close your eyes, and pay attention to your breath. When your mind wanders, gently bring it back. Second, practice gratitude.
